How do I make a reservation?
The easiest way to make a reservation is online through our Reservations page. Once you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Reservations can also be made by phone or directly at the hotel (no email reservations accepted).
How do I change my reservation?
Contact the hotel reservations department by email or phone. Make sure you have your reservation information handy.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation without penalty, contact the reservations department at least 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, one night may be charged to your credit card.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to AAA cardholders, seniors and Marina guests, as well as select companies that have an agreement with the hotel
What is included in the room rate?
The cost includes a coffee maker, towels, safe, maid service, use of the spa (gym, sauna and steam room), tennis courts and free Wi-Fi.
Does the price include taxes?
Our published rates do not include taxes. The tax is 16% sales tax and 3% lodging (19% overall)
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by cash, credit card (VS, MC, AX and Disc.), debit card, bank transfer or deposit
Can I pay for my reservation day-to-day, in case I decide to change plans?
No. Unfortunately you must pay the total of your reservation upon arrival
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds are available for reservations previously paid in cash. Refunds are only given in accordance with the cancellation policy.
It is required to make a deposit in guarantee for damages?
Yes, a $75.00 US deposit is required upon check in for any incidentals. This may be refundable at your check out.
What is the difference between a Junior Suite and Standard?
A Junior Suite features a separate bedroom and has one or two beds. The Standard is a double room only
Can children stay in the hotel?
Minors (people under 18) are welcome, as long as they are supervised by a parent or guardian
What are your check-in and checkout times?
The check-in time is 3 p.m. Checkout is at noon. We offer an extension (subject to availability) for a fee of 50% of your stay.

Are hotel visitors allowed?
Visitors can only access certain areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, restaurant and marina (without going to the docks).
Are drinks allowed in the pool area?
Yes. Drinks in plastic containers that are purchased from the hotel are allowed in the pool area.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. Please smoke on our terraces or gardens.
Are pets allowed?
No.
Can you store luggage after checkout?
Yes, as long as it’s picked up the same day.
Do you offer tours?
Yes. Tours must be booked at least 24 to 72 hours in advance to guarantee a spot.

Are there safes?
Yes, only in the rooms.
